NAPOLI v PARMA

Saturday 23rd December, 2.30pm ko (GMT)

Napoli 2 Parma 2
Pecchia 47 Micoud 41
Amoruso 84 Milosevic 74

As this game was played at just about the same time as Everton's, I had divided loyalties. I listened to the Everton game. I have a little more faith in them right now. Everton did one worse than Parma and lost their game - but at least the commentary was in English (just!)

So we threw away the lead twice. Sounds familiar. This has been such a very depressing start to the season and it's not getting any better. The midfield really worries me - they're such a mis-match of players somehow. And the front lot worry me; they're hopeless. And the defence . . . what's up with them? And has Gigi lost it, I wonder? Aye, aye, aye. Perhaps next year will bring better things; can't see it though. Merry Christmas!
